The Mac Business Solutions Team is working hard to ensure that our staff and clients stay healthy. We are taking some precautions and planning contingencies for the next few weeks. This is a serious concern and we recommend that everyone obtain information from trusted sources regarding COVID-19.
Effective Tuesday, 3/17/20, we are planning to temporarily halt our retail operations. We are also going to temporarily halt our Saturday hours in both our Gaithersburg and Frederick locations. We are not completely closing, our sales operations and online operations teams will still be in place to serve our customers. We are taking necessary precautions in order to limit direct exposure.
All services and repairs will be by appointment, and will be strictly pick up and drop off only. We are halting all on-site service. We will not be allowing customers to come in for support or to wait in the store during the repair, so please keep this in mind. This workflow will continue until we are given different instructions by Maryland state legislature.
If you currently have a machine with us for repair or if you have a machine that is ready for pick-up, please coordinate with our service department to pick up your machine and close your repair as soon as possible.
