In-House Warranty Service  As an Apple Authorized Service Provider, we accept the Apple Limited One Year Warranty as well as the AppleCare extended warranty. Apple warranty work requires a valid serial number for the computer or device, and the problem cannot be accidental related, i.e. dropping a MacBook or poking a pen into an LCD display screen.
Please take in account that warranty work does not cover software problems and it is free of charge to the owner unless it is declared as an emergency (Rush Service fees will apply). In-house Warranty WorkMost Apple computers or devices under warranty can be repaired in-house at MBS, Inc. We rarely have to send the units out except in a few cases such as LCD monitors, certain laptops or iPods.
Online Service Order Form
For a speedier process or when using a courier service to drop off a unit for repair, may we suggest you fill out our Online Service Order Form. The on-line form will guide you through the submission process and will print the necessary paperwork to be sent along with your computer. You can use this form to save several minutes of manual form-filling when you are bringing your computer to MBS, too. On-site Warranty ServiceComputers eligible for this service includes servers and desktops that are covered under the AppleCare extended warranty agreement. These eligible computers qualify for Apple's direct dispatch service - call 1-800-SOS-APPL. You have the right to request us as a your servicing provider. |
