Edit Share showed some great share storage devices all thru Gig E and 10 gigabit.Edit Share “Complete Collaboration” with configurations from 4 drives up to an 8U 30TB solutions with edit share 5.5 it gives you the ability to Share bins and project folders to other users on both Mac and PC.Edit Share will allow Avid users on the windows platform to capture HDV, P2 and XD cam files larger than 2gb. Matrox has introduced a new Mac solution to be shipping in Q2 of 2008. and that is the MXO2 this is a full I/O device with the ability to give you 5.1 surround out of the box. Has the ability to run of portable batteries for the field or on AC power in the studio. the unit will ship with a PCIe and an Express34 card with each unit making it a great solution for desktops and laptops. Works with Final Cut Studio, Adobe Premier and Avid. the MXO2 will have a suggested retail of $1,595.00
