File Upload:

If your file weighs less than 4MB, then you can upload the file using the web form, please take in account that the upload time may take several minutes depending on you connection speed. If you don't send the file through the form, then you will receive a link and a username/password to upload your file to MBS' file repository.

Review and Confirmation:

• Once we receive your file, we will check it out for the following problems:
• Bad black color separation (CMYK files)
• Low resolution (180 dpi min. for picture, 300 dpi min. for text/graphics)
• Image size doesn't match the printout size you requested in the online form
• Unembedded fonts (EPS/PDF/AI/INDD files - please outline fonts before uploading)
• Missing links (AI/INDD files - please package and zip your design -InDesign- or embed the images -Illustrator-)

We will also send a quote confirmation to your email, along with a soft proof (PDF), which you must approve before we start the to print your image.

Payment Method

We will ask you about your preferred payment method, you can either choose Credit Card (phone or online) or Cash. If you go with credit card, then we will call you to get your CC info or we will send you an email with a link you can use to pay online in our online store.
