Out of Warranty Service
Computers and devices no longer covered by Apple’s warranty or AppleCare program can still be repaired at MBS, Inc. Our Apple Certified technicians can diagnose the problem and provide an estimate including parts and labor.
We can recover information from a damaged drive in-house where there is no need to physically open the drive. Otherwise, we send it to a ISO Class 5 Certified Cleanroom to get the data recovered.
If your Mac can get online, we can Remote Control to your system and fix the problem right then. We do this through a secure connection established by remote control software licensed to MBS for this purpose.
We can replace your defective LCD screen with a brand new, OEM screen at a fraction of the cost of a replacement from Apple. We use the same name-brand LCD screens that your Mac came with from the factory and there are no additional charges for cracked or broken screens.
Mac Business Solutions provides iPhone 5S,5, 4S and 4 repair service for devices under standard Apple warranty, AppleCare+ or out of warranty as well.
Standard Warranty Service
This service is available to iPhone customers whose phones are under either the standard 1-year Apple warranty or under AppleCare+ for iPhone. Parts and labor are 100% covered by these warranties. MBS always uses Apple original parts for this service.
In case your warranty-covered iPhone cannot be fixed, we will exchange it with a replacement unit provided by Apple for this purpose.
