What To Do Now...

If your Mac can get online, we can Remote Control to your system and fix the problem right then. We do this through a secure connection established by MacHelpMate (a remote control software licensed to MBS for this purpose).

We just asked your computer to identify itself and this is what it told us:

You should see your Mac OS version between parenthesis, but if you don't recognize it, please call our Service Department at (301) 590-2555, tell them what you see above and they will be able to help you out.

The process with Safari doesn't require any intervention from you after you click on "Install Mac Help Mate", but before you do it, please make sure you have "Open Safe files after downloading" checked in your Safari Preferences.

1) Choose "Open with Java Web Start" and click "OK"

2) Click "Allow" when you see this dialog:

From this point the process is completely automated, Mac HelpMate will be executed and it will initiate a screen sharing session with us.

After you click on the link above, Google Chrome will show you the file it just downloaded at the bottom of the browser window, simply click on the options button and and choose "open"
