1. Service is for replacement of the LCD panel only. Damage to hinges, cases or other structural components may incur additional costs.
2. MBS uses OEM LCD panels manufactured by Samsung, LG Philips, AU Optronics and Chi Mei that match or exceed original specifications.
   All panels are backed by a 1 year warranty (warranty will not cover accidental damage or abuse).
3. The usual turnaround is 24 hours, but it may take up to 72 hours, depending on parts availablity.
