Apple Trade In Program
Things you need to know:
- Your hard drive will be wiped-out and overwritten several times before a fresh Mac OS version is installed. This ensures your privacy and allows us to thoroughly test the drive for its reliability.
- We will test every component of your trade-in Macintosh. If for any reason we find that your computer is not in good condition, we reserve the right to either reject the trade or reduce the trade-in value of your computer.
- You are fully responsible for all shipping costs during your trade-in (this includes the shipping costs back to you if we decide to reject your trade). We strongly recommend that you bring your computer in person to our location to get a faster and more economical trade.
