We are pleased to share with you the Quarter-To-Date results of apple.com customer satisfaction survey responses. These results cumulative for the Apple Fiscal Quarter until the end of the Quarter. Survey results since the beginning of this Quarter to last week indicate that Mac Business Solutions has an cumulative overall satisfaction rating of 97.1%.

• I have always been very happy with all my dealings with MBS particularly having the repair technicians on premises is a big plus rather than having to ship the machine for repair. The personal attention to the issue with very knowledgeable technicians is also appreciated.
